RedKangaroo Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

To use RedKangaroo, you must:

• You can create a RedKangaroo account at any age, but if you're under 18, your use of the services will require parental or guardian involvement.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Create an account using accurate and truthful information.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only submit reviews for products you personally own or have used.
• Provide honest, original, and non-incentivized feedback.
• Not post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Maintain only one user account.

RedKangaroo reserves the right to remove reviews, suspend points, or terminate accounts for behavior deemed fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive.

3. Earning and Redeeming Points

RedKangaroo users earn points ("Kangaroo Points") for approved actions such as:

• Submitting reviews.
• Referring friends.
• Participating in challenges.

Points are:

• Non-transferable.
• Not redeemable for cash.
• Subject to change or expiration at RedKangaroo's discretion.

Points can be redeemed for digital gift cards to participating merchants. Gift card availability may change at any time.

4. Review Approval

All submitted reviews are subject to moderation. We may:

• Approve, reject, or remove reviews at our sole discretion.
• Require additional verification of ownership.
• Disqualify reviews deemed inauthentic or low-quality.

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience with the product.

5. Referral Program

If available, our referral program allows you to invite friends and earn points when they join and participate. Abuse of the referral system (e.g. fake accounts, self-referrals) is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of RedKangaroo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Site without our express written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@redkangaroo.me.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RedKangaroo is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedKangaroo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the latest revision will always be noted at the top.
